VESSEL & SHIP FINANCING
Banklink Limited confirmed that our Advisory Group partnered with Nationwide Finance USA to structure and facilitate the delivery of a $40.0 million loan with guarantee of Diamond Bank Plc for Slok Nigeria Limited acquisition of two (2) brand new Platform Supply Vessels with DP II facilities.
The Closing took place in Singapore and the two (2) Vessels are due to arrive Nigeria by the end of August, 2013.
In the same light, a Diving Support Vessel – DSV Adessa Ocean King has arrived Nigeria Port of Apapa on August 12th 2013. The Vessel acquisition was supported by Banklink Limited acting as Mandated Lead Arranger and Transaction Structurer. This deal was guaranteed by Diamond Bank Plc.
